Sue Allsop-Jones was excellent - being attentive, empathetic, sensitive, friendly, approachable, client focused. I was able to work through my preferred communication channels. I know Sue has been selling in the local area for about ten years and I know she had a good knowledge of the local area and its demographics. Never had any concerns or stresses regarding the sales process. I kinda knew it would all be done correctly and professionally and it was. My trust was reaffirmed in the process of selling these properties. No probs! I have always dealt with L J Hooker over some 15 years: renting, buying and now selling. There is no reason really to use anyone else because they come up precisely to my service expectations. More importantly, they are not pushing or "in-your-face" like other agencies in the area. I can understand the importance of being a little pushy but this needs to be balanced and L J Hooker get the balance about right.
We recently purchased our first family home from Margaret and what a wonderful experience it was!! We weren't able to view the property on the inspection date, so I called Margaret at 5.30 on a Friday afternoon to ask if we could make an earlier time. Margaret was only too happy to open up for us at a time that suited us. When we arrived at the property, Margaret & John invited us through & let us wander around the house in our own time.
